Wuwei Center, situated in the heart of Liangzhou District, Wuwei City, is presently a three-star Wuwei Hotel. However, due to the outdated functions and facilities of the hotel, it can no longer cater to modern needs. As a result, the client has decided to demolish the hotel and construct a new, large-scale landmark complex to fill the void of high-end commercial and hotel spaces in the old downtown. This ambitious project will include a 120m five-star hotel tower, a 106m office tower, and a three-dimensional block-type high-end commercial space spanning nearly 30,000 square meters.
