MIND DESIGN is a professional and multidisciplinary architectural design practice. It is founded in Hong Kong in 2018, followed by new office in Xiamen the following year. As a design-led company, MIND strives to find the best solution for every project and user. We respect and value the balance among society, economy, culture, and environment in various regions, and face each project with a global perspective and professional attitude. The firm works at diverse scales, from the design of individual buildings to the planning of cities. Mr. Yandi Zhu has over 13 years of professional design experience. He has worked for renowned firms such as Aedas, Atkins and ECADI. He has also won numerous awards in international and domestic architectural design competitions. He has rich and professional design experience especially in large-scale mixed-use, retail, office and star hotel projects, and can utilize his multi-disciplinary expertise and knowledge to address design and construction challenges. In addition, with many years of project development experience, Mr. Zhu specialize in assisting developers to find suitable development and operation models from the perspective of clients, and providing efficient and high-quality solutions.
朱延迪先生拥有超过13年的专业设计工作经验。先后就职于全球十大建筑设计公司Aedas香港总部、英国Atkins、上海华东建筑设计研究总院。硕士毕业于英国剑桥大学，在多项建筑设计竞赛中屡获殊荣，其中包含一系列国际国内建筑设计大奖。朱先生负责或参与设计了一系列大型重点项目，在大型综合体、商业零售、超高层办公及星级酒店类型项目，有着丰富且专业的全过程设计经验，和多学科综合解决问题的能力。另外，凭借着多年的项目开发经验，朱先生更擅长以开发商的角度协助其找到合适的开发及运营模式，并通过整合行业顶级资源为业主提供高效优质的一体化解决方案。

Echo ZHONG's project won the Bronze Ear Prize, was also invited to be exhibited in Japan and Portugal, and published in many international professional journals. In 2014, she won 'the Best Professional Award' in 'the Best Landscape Projects of 2014 for Young Architect under 35' competition held by Portugal Premier Architectural Journal. She has worked in Arata Isozaki and Associates in Shanghai, AIM Architecture and IO DESIGN in Hong Kong. She has cooperated with international diversified design team for long term. The projects she has been involved in mainly are public buildings. From the conceptual design, to detail design, extended to the curations and operations, she has deeply participated in all stages of design process.
钟秋莹女士设计作品获UCL杰出设计青铜耳奖'Bronze Ear' Prize，并受邀于日本、葡萄牙等国展出，屡次发表于国际专业刊物。2014年获葡萄牙Premio Architectural Journal小于35岁青年建筑师环境设计竞赛最佳专业奖。她先后就职于日本建筑大师矶崎新上海工作室、AIM Architecture、香港IO DESIGN。长期与国际化多元化的设计团队协同工作，项目尺度大到城市规划小至室内设计，建筑项目以公共建筑见长，功能涵盖音乐厅、美术馆、博物馆、文体商综合场馆、办公、酒店等。深入参与从前期策划、概念设计，到深化设计、建造过程，延伸至策展运营的建筑全周期各项工作。

Anthony Lau has over 19 years of professional experience working in international architectural firms, possessing rich and solid experience in the design and practice of large-scale complexes from initial design to construction completion, with projects spanning Canada, mainland China, and Hong Kong. Anthony Lau excels in project management, efficiently communicating and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. He has extensive on-site construction experience, enabling him to quickly address and resolve complex issues. Additionally, Mr. Lau is proficient in architectural facade design, with the projects he is responsible for or involved in achieving a high degree of completion.
刘镇东先生拥有超过19年在国际知名建筑事务所工作的专业经验，从初始设计到落地施工，均具备丰富且扎实的实践经验，项目遍及加拿大、中国大陆和香港。刘先生本科毕业于加拿大卡尔顿大学，之后在加拿大从事地产开发及建筑设计工作。随后于香港大学深造，取得硕士学位后，于2010至2019年在Aedas香港总部，从事大型商业综合体的设计及深化工作。刘先生尤其擅长项目管理，能与业主方、顾问方、施工方等高效的沟通协调。他具有丰富的驻场经验，能快速跟进施工现场疑难并解决问题。除此之外，刘先生精通建筑立面与幕墙系统设计，其负责或参与的项目均有很高的落地完成度。
